HimaPure โ€” Refund & Returns Policy

At HimaPure, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.

Due to the nature of our products (consumable food items), we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly assist with refunds or replacements in certain circumstances outlined below.


Returns

Because our honey and consumable goods are classified as food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and compliance with food handling standards.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will make it right.

You are eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement product sent at no cost

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the damaged product

  3. Photos of the external packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement immediately.


Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Orders left unattended after delivery

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged on arrival)


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
