Purchase Options
Certain HimaPure products may be offered with multiple purchase options, including:

By selecting a subscription option, you agree to recurring charges based on the delivery frequency chosen at checkout.
Subscription Billing
When you enrol in a subscription:

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the selected interval (e.g., every 30 / 45 / 60 days)

Charges occur on the renewal date unless cancelled beforehand

Pricing, discounts, or free shipping offers are locked in at the time of signup unless otherwise stated
You will receive confirmation of each recurring order via email.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your customer account, or

Using the subscription management link sent via email
From your portal, you can:

Skip a delivery

Change delivery frequency

Update address or payment details

Swap products (if enabled)
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time after the first reocurring order has been complete.ย
However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to prevent the upcoming order from processing.
If cancellation occurs after billing has processed:

The order will proceed as scheduled

It will fall under our standard Refund & Returns Policy

As consumable goods, the order cannot be returned once shipped
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:

Our system will automatically retry the charge

If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled
You will be notified via email to update your payment details.
Subscription Modifications
We reserve the right to:

Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes affecting their subscription.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same policy as one-time purchases:

No returns on consumable products

Refunds or replacements only for items damaged in transit (with evidence)
